Chapel Amenities

  • Access 4 hours prior to ceremony, no earlier than 8:00am

  • Eleven rows of pews with seating for 220

  • Wood cross and freestanding wood column included

  • Plug and play audio system with one lapel microphone

  • Niches and ledges for custom decorations in foyer and sanctuary

  • Forever fence for your special lock

  • Private room downstairs with mini fridge, seating, full length mirror, and wedding dress hook

  • Century old bell cast in 1906, which rings at the end of every ceremony


Oaks Amenities

  • Ceremony location can be changed to Chapel due to inclement weather up to 9am on day of

  • One freestanding wood column available upon request for ceremony items

  • Set of tree stumps, 12" diameter each on either side of entrance for specialty items

Barn Amenities

  • Access beginning at 9am

  • Chairs provided for 240 guests (additional chairs must be rented through an outside vendor)

  • Enclosed back porch for buffets or staging for seated dinners

  • Built-in hooks for string lighting and decor

  • Handicap accessible bathrooms on both sides of Barn

  • Setup and breakdown of all Magnolia Bells tables and chairs

  • Trash receptacles emptied throughout the evening by Magnolia Bells Staff (bussing not included)


Cottage Amenities

  • Direct access to Oaks outdoor ceremony area

  • Hair and make up area with granite counters and Hollywood lighted mirrors

  • Dressing area with individual storage areas, clothes hanging racks, and three-way mirror

  • Large front porch with rockers and a porch swing

  • Kitchenette includes full size refrigerator/freezer, oven, and microwave

  • Can be used for day of use (always available) or rehearsal dinners, showers, celebrations, and more (pending availability)

  • Seating, dining, loft and kitchen area setup for day of use

  • Downstairs tables and chairs for fifty-six guests and loft seating for an additional sixteen for Lodge Events
